WTOThe transnational corporations tried to force their seeds patents into all national and international markets during the WTO negotiations. They played it very hard, as they stipulated that `food standards and measures aimed at protecting people from pests can be potentially used as a deliberate barrier for trade , in other words, `Free market über Alles , even health.F.
